The perfect blend of farmhouse and cottage, Maggie's Farmhouse Cottage is a 312 square foot cabin in the Smoky Mountains, with vintage rustic decor and mountain views. The main room consists of a queen sized bed, 42" TV with satellite, and a kitchenette with seating for dining. One full bath includes a washer/dryer and upgraded shower. It easily accommodates couples looking for privacy and and is equally suited for the solo traveler. A small firepit area and a covered front deck with outdoor seating make you feel like you're in a private oasis in the woods.

A cozy cottage farmhouse with one large room and separate full bath. Farmhouse and vintage decor, furnishings and fabrics, surrounded by forest with Smoky Mountain views. Satellite TV, Wifi, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer, Keurig coffeemaker with coffee pods and coffee condiments included. Wrap around deck with sunset view.

The cottage is about 30 feet from the owner's main house. You will enjoy your own privacy, but be close if you need anything.

Interaction with guests

Hosts are respectful of guest privacy, but available for advice or conversation.

What to Bring

We recommend that you bring or purchase consumable supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, and toiletries). There will be a “starter amount” of these when you arrive, but it is not meant to last your stay. We have a wood-burning fire pit, and you will need to supply the wood. We supply trash bags, dish washing liquid and hand soap. If you will be enjoying a water activity like tubing or white water rafting, we recommend bringing beach towels. We also recommend that you bring insect repellent, especially during the warmer months.
